In the company LOKAINŽENIRING, d.o.o., Škofja Loka, which was founded in 2003, employees work in the fields of investment management, engineering, design and professional supervision of building construction: from design to final handover of the building.
As a company, we build facilities. Over the years, we have been ranked among the largest engineering companies in the field of consulting engineering and professional supervision in Slovenia.

SCOPE OF WORK
We cooperate with investors in the field of construction of business and residential buildings, buildings of public importance, business, commercial and industrial, civil engineering buildings and energy facilities. Our joint collaboration usually begins with counseling; already in the making of the idea of a new project. We are upgrading our cooperation with:
• organization and preparation of spatial planning acts;
• preparation of investment programs;
• preparation, organization and active participation in the preparation of project documentation;
• preparation of applications and obtaining all necessary permits and consents for construction;
• preparation of tender documentation for the selection of the contractor, collection and analysis of tenders;
• execution and organization of constructions
• performing professional and financial supervision during construction;
• organization of technical inspection and obtaining a permit;
